When I found Karen's Company listed in the yellow pages and contacted her, I thought it would be routine; you call someone to perform a service, they show up and then you send the check in the mail. Not Karen; she actually had a meeting at our house to familiarize herself with our cat before we went on vacation. The informational packet she gave us, which included her credentials were very organized and professional. She stayed and chatted for a while, and we had a sense she was trustworthy and sincere, as well as obviously being a nurturing animal lover.

I can't thank you and your staff enough for the excellent care that you provided during our vacation in August. When we were away a friend of mine who helped us find Mandy stopped by to take her for a walk. She ran into Debbie while she was there and they talked for a bit. When I got home my girlfriend called me and wanted to know how I found such a qualified, kind and caring person to take care of the animals. I happily passed your information on to her.

Sandy's behavior is so much improved lately :)!

Don't know if it is the combination of diet change - Innova reduced fat with 52% protein and maturity or what.  We are all so much more relaxed. We still don't give her an inch and constantly work with her re: dominance.  What a relief from the past year - a hard one :(!

We wouldn't think of getting rid of her now! Your pet-sitting service has made a difference. Thanks so much!

Max is changed, dramatically. He is now an ol sweetie, lot's of affection, much more gentle, much better listener, and basically a happy fella.  He and Snowy get along quite well, no hassles or aggravation. We are now playing combined tennis ball, soccer ball and it is working out pretty doggone well. Thanks to you for teaching us the quiet path of training.
